One workspace

More than a CRM. Everything your business runs on.

Clients and sales are only the start. Projects, tasks, bookings, proposals, documents and your network live in the same place, and each one knows about the others.

Clients and sales

Work and projects

  • Tasks and promisesWhat you owe, and what others owe you.
  • ProjectsEach client's work, tasks and files together.
  • Content planPosts and articles from idea to published.

Time

  • CalendarMeetings on the record of who they are with.
  • Booking pagePeople pick a free time; it lands in your calendar.
  • Meeting briefsWhat was promised, ten minutes before you walk in.

Network and events

  • Digital business cardA link and a QR that shares your details.
  • Event modeEveryone you meet, noted by voice, even offline.
  • Card scanningScan someone's QR card; they are added.

Everywhere

  • InboxEmail on the record it belongs to.
  • KnowledgeDecisions, rules and notes, searchable.
  • Phone notificationsBookings, answers and requests as they happen.

One record, every tool. A booking becomes a meeting on the client, an accepted proposal becomes a project with its tasks, a form response becomes a lead. Nothing to copy across.

Why kanês

Relationship intelligence,
not another CRM.

A CRM stores what you type into it. kanês reads what already happened and tells you what it means.

Traditional CRMs

A database you keep up to date.

Compared with tools like

  • SSalesforce
  • HHubSpot
  • PPipedrive
  • ZZoho CRM
  • UpdatesActivity logged through extensions, or typed in
  • PriorityScoring rules you configure, or a paid add-on
  • Next stepWorked out from views and reports
  • DuplicatesDuplicate handling depends on plan and setup
  • ImportsColumns mapped into the CRM's fields
  • SuggestionsAI features vary by plan and add-on

kanês

Keeps up for you, and shows its working.

Plugs into

  • Gmail
  • Calendar
  • Meet
  • Slack
  • UpdatesMail, meetings and calls write to the record on their own
  • PriorityA 0 to 100 score with the signals behind it
  • Next stepThe next move, and why it matters today
  • DuplicatesFlagged for review. Nothing merged without you
  • ImportsImported notes kept verbatim, with their source
  • SuggestionsEvidence on every suggestion

Product names are trademarks of their owners. The comparison describes the record-keeping model these tools are built around, not every plan, add-on or integration.

FAQ

The questions that come up first.

It becomes the database. The import runs in seven steps, upload, map columns, preview, detect duplicates, review historical notes, import, then evaluation. Every record enters with status New, and every note that came with the file is stored verbatim against its record with the source filename attached.

No. Notes are appended, never edited. A remark like “Left the company in 2025” is kept as a historical note and displayed beside the current status rather than becoming it. Duplicates are flagged for review, merging keeps every associated person, note and activity event, and each record keeps the company name it arrived with.

Ten weighted signals: job title, company size, industry fit, e-commerce presence, website quality, brand maturity, international presence, marketing activity, digital presence and estimated consulting need. The breakdown is visible on every lead, so you can see which factor moved the number.

No, and keeping them separate matters. Status describes where a record sits in the process. Priority describes how much it is worth. A brand-new lead can be the highest-priority one in the database.

Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Contacts, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Outlook, Microsoft Calendar, Slack, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, SMTP and outgoing webhooks. Connections use OAuth, no password is ever entered into kanês, and only the scopes listed on each integration card are requested.

Yes. Automations are plain IF → THEN rules you build yourself, and each one can be paused. Nothing runs that you have not switched on, and every run is logged on the affected record.
