The record is the product
If a conversation is not on the record, it did not happen. Every channel writes to one timeline.
Never lose what was there
Imported notes are preserved verbatim. Duplicates are flagged, never deleted. Merges keep everything.
Say what the software actually does
No claimed capability without a working surface behind it. Where something needs a provider, we say so.
Judgement stays with the operator
The analysis only recommends. Automations only run when switched on. Nothing changes a record silently.
