Do I need an account?
Not to build and preview. To publish you need a free kanês account, because the responses need an owner who can read them.
Where do responses go?
To the Forms page in your kanês workspace, where you can read them, export them as CSV and add a person to your contacts in one click.
Can I put it on my website?
Yes. Paste a short script or an iframe. The form fits its height to your page.
What about spam?
Submissions are limited per visitor and per form, a hidden field catches simple bots, and only the fields you defined are kept.
